zs999i Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and zs999i ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at zs999i.net. These Terms apply to all products offered by zs999i, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, international matches, virtual sports), live casino games, slot games, jackpot games (including Piggy Gold), and any other gaming or wagering products that may be added to the platform from time to time. By registering a zs999i account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference.

01 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the zs999i platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and active bonus funds where separately identifiable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free bets, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under zs999i's operating licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of online gambling or betting platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own verified payment source, not including Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or a combination of Bonus and Real-Money Funds as specified in a promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• "zs999i Platform" means the website accessible at zs999i.net and all products, games, and services available thereon.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a zs999i Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; (d) you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (e) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an Account or use the zs999i Platform in any manner. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

03 Account Registration

To use the zs999i Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address where required.
• You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes after registration.
• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Account.
• zs999i reserves the right to decline Account registration requests at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Account registration is subject to successful verification. zs999i may place withdrawal restrictions on an Account until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Age Verification & KYC

The zs999i Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. zs999i employs a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence requirements. The following applies:

• You will be required to submit a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) to verify your identity and age before your first significant withdrawal is processed.
• Additional documentation — including proof of address and proof of payment method (e.g., a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screenshot, HBL/UBL/Meezan Bank statement) — may be requested at any stage.
• If age verification reveals that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be returned less any winnings (which will be voided), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• zs999i may suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC verification. During this period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
• All KYC documents are stored securely with encryption and used solely for identity verification purposes in accordance with zs999i's Privacy Policy.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party under any circumstances. zs999i staff will never request your password via any channel.
• You must notify zs999i immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or suspect your credentials have been compromised.
• zs999i shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the security breach resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• zs999i reserves the right to lock an Account and demand re-verification where unusual activity is detected, for the protection of the Player's funds.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

06 Deposits & Payments

zs999i accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay). Bank transfer minimums may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. zs999i does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your zs999i Account near-instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically credit within 5–10 minutes during normal banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• zs999i does not charge deposit fees on standard accounts. Any fees charged by your payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from zs999i's operational funds.
• zs999i reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large deposits, as part of its anti-money laundering obligations under its gaming licence.

07 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Real-Money Funds subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method-specific limits. zs999i will not transfer withdrawals to a different payment method or to a third-party account.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Pending verification, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed near-instantly for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers clear within 1–3 hours. VIP players receive priority processing.
• zs999i reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where unusual withdrawal patterns or suspected fraudulent activity is identified.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering activity that satisfies all applicable Wagering Requirements may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds.
• Any withdrawal processed to an incorrectly provided account number or mobile number is the Player's sole responsibility. zs999i cannot reverse a successfully processed withdrawal.

08 Bonus & Promotions Policy

zs999i offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of claiming:

• A Wagering Requirement applies to all Bonus Funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Wagering Requirement, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period are displayed in the specific promotion terms before you claim.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred. Bonuses claimed on behalf of another person, or through the use of multiple Accounts, will be voided.
• Where a deposit bonus is claimed and the deposited amount is withdrawn before the Wagering Requirement is met, both the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• zs999i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a change materially affects an active bonus on your Account, you will be notified via your registered contact method.
• zs999i reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or co-ordinated abuse is identified.

09 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on zs999i, including PSL, ICC events, Asia Cup, international cricket, virtual sports, and any other markets offered:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player, subject to the zs999i Cash Out feature where available on specific markets.
• zs999i reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, abandoned without a result being declared, or where obvious pricing errors occurred at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the delay inherent in live data feeds. zs999i is not responsible for bets accepted on live markets where the underlying event result was already determined at the time of acceptance due to broadcast delay.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and Player account tier.
• zs999i reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any Player whose betting patterns indicate the use of betting strategies that exploit pricing inefficiencies in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures). zs999i's settlement decision is final.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on zs999i Casino — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, slots, and jackpot games such as Piggy Gold — are subject to the following conditions:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently certified RNG engines. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are verified by independent testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studios, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. Their game rules and outcomes are governed by the respective studio's certified game logic.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed by the dealer. Settlement will be applied to the bet placed and will be reflected in your Account history.
• Progressive jackpot games, including Piggy Gold, are governed by the specific jackpot rules displayed within the game. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before credit.
• zs999i reserves the right to void a casino game result where a technical malfunction affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zs999i and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Collusion with other Players in poker, casino, or any other game format where collusion may affect outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or source of funds during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting technical errors, malfunctions, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or to generate winnings not genuinely earned.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at zs999i staff or other players via the Platform's communication channels.

12 Responsible Gaming

zs999i is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players, particularly within the Pakistani community. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. A notification will be displayed when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, deposits are blocked and the Account cannot be used for gambling. Withdrawals of Real-Money Funds remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the zs999i Platform. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable within the exclusion period. Reinstatement after the minimum period requires a verified written request and a 7-day cooling-off confirmation period.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the zs999i Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, design, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of zs999i or its licensed content providers. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without zs999i's prior written consent.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999i's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. zs999i expressly excludes liability for:

• Any losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, whether or not influenced by technical error.
• Loss of profit, data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond zs999i's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits zs999i's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or zs999i may close your Account, subject to the following conditions:

• You may request Account closure at any time by contacting zs999i support. Any Real-Money Balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within the standard processing times, subject to KYC completion.
• zs999i may suspend or permanently close an Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified; (b) KYC verification fails or documents are found to be fraudulent; (c) the Account is associated with prohibited conduct; (d) an active self-exclusion request is confirmed; or (e) a regulatory requirement compels Account closure.
• Where an Account is closed for Terms breach, any Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, at zs999i's discretion, following investigation.
• zs999i will retain Account records for the period required by its gaming licence obligations, even after Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs999i holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zs999i Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, disputes should be raised with zs999i customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. zs999i will acknowledge dispute notifications within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by zs999i's gaming licence authority.

17 Amendments to These Terms

zs999i reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zs999i will notify registered Players via the registered email address or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
